1). ESKUTE E-scooters are only delivered within the United States. ESKUTE E-bikes are currently only available for shipping to the UK and within Europe.
2). Selling Price is VAT included.
3). Special Tips from UK/EU: Customers do NOT need to pay import duty, However, postage if the recipient's address is an channel Island address, an additional £100/ €100 will be added;
US - USPS (E-scooter)
EU - DPD or DHL (E-bikes and Accessories)
UK - Ttuffnells (E-bikes and Accessories)
2. DELIVERY PERIODS
We try to send your orders within 3 business days. After your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. We cannot provide additional shipping information or documentation for third party shipping. All expected delivery dates given by ESKUTE are based on estimates. Any changes made by the customer after the product has been shipped, including but not limited to changing the address, deferring an order, or updating shipping preferences/preferences, will result in the abandonment of the option for replacements and/or refunds if problems occur.
3. CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS
NO FEE for changing the delivery address BEFORE we provide you with the tracking number. $40 for changing the delivery address if the logistics information shows during transport. $80 will be charged if the package has already been successfully delivered to the original address.
4. ORDER TRACKING
If you have already registered on www.eskute.com, you can track your order, shipping and processing information in your account. If you have not registered on our website, you can track them here using tracking number. For more shipping information, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond to you within 24 hours.
5. LOST PACKAGE:
Eskute is responsible for your order delivery. A delivery exception is when a package is temporarily stalled in transit for an unforeseen reason. Even with the most reliable eCommerce order tracking, a lot can happen to a package while it’s in transit. If the tracking info is not updated for more than 3 days or even longer. Please kindly be patient and wait for the delivery. Eskute will always check and push for you. If you don't receive your order within 3 weeks after receiving your shipping confirmation email, then the parcel is considered lost during the transition. Eskute will bear the loss and offer you a full refund. You can reject the parcel if the parcel is finally showing up. Eskute ensures that the customer experience is always a priority.
