When checking out with a credit card, there may be some occurrence (rare cases) when the card is rejected at the checkout by our security system. This is to prevent possible credit card fraud.
It is best to call your bank or credit card company in advance to inform them of your payment to prevent it from being rejected.
If payment is still rejected, ESKUTE offers three solutions for you:
1. Please change to another credit card or debit card
2. If you have an applicable Paypal account, please try to pay with it.
3. If you do not have an applicable Paypal account, please select “Paypal” on the
payment page and wait for it to load. On this page, you can choose to pay with either Paypal or with a credit/debit card (applicable without registering for Paypal). You can pay for your purchase after filling in your credit/debit card information.
