    Return & Refund Policy

    If you are unhappy with your purchase, as long as you contact us within 15 days from the receipt of the item, we will process your return/exchange request.

    Any request after 15 days will not be honored. Please make sure to contact us by email support.us@eskute.com at first.

     

    Return & Exchange Conditions

    • Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
    • Items must be returned within 15 days after you receive them.
    • All items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
    • When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.

    Non-returnable items:

    • Damage/Lost caused by customers is non-refundable.

    General Return Process

      • Initiate a return: Please email us at support.us@eskute.com with photos and/or videos of the items and let us know your order number. Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility for your return request within 3 business days.
    • Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted). We recommend that you send your return/exchange in a shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature, because we will not be responsible for lost return/exchange.
    • Refund or exchange: when we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item in 3-5 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.

    Return Charge

    • If the return is due to our problems (such as: incorrect products, quality problems of products), we will provide a full refund for you;
    • If the return is due to the buyer’s problem (such as: don’t like/want the item, ordered a wrong product/size), the buyer should pay the freight.
    • No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

    Refunds

      • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, the refund will be provided to the original method of payment within 2-3 working days.
      • If you haven’t received the refund within 2-3 working days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before a refund is official posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support.us@eskute.com.

     

    Order Cancellations

    • We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase.If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.
    • Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.

      Processing Time

      • It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.
      • Generally, orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of order confirmation/payment. (This means that the processing time is 1-3 business days after your payment. Weekends and fixed holidays are not included.)
      • Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

      Order Tracking

      • You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.
      • Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.
      • If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.

      Delivery Time Exceeded

      If your order is delayed, please contact us via email support.us@eskute.com, we will check the situation with the transportation company in time. Thanks for your understanding and support.

       

      Shipping Changes

      • NO CHARGE for changing the address BEFORE we provide you the tracking number.
      • $20 WILL BE CHARGED when the in-transit logistics information shows that the change is successful on FedEx.
      • $200 WILL BE CHARGED to cancel the order after the package has already shipped.
      • $200 WILL BE CHARGED if the customer does not accept the package or the package is undelivered.
      • $200 WILL BE CHARGED if the package has already been delivered to the original address successfully.

       

      Kindly Notes:

      1. Shipping times can be affected by variable customs clearance times or public holidays. If you have not received your package based on the above estimates, please kindly contact us for help.

      2. Shipping times will be affected during public holidays, as manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

      3. It can take a few days after order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.

      4. All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from past data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.

      5. Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to the actions or inactions of FedEx or any other parcel service.

      6. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.       During the two-year warranty period, if the battery is found to be defective, it will be replaced at no charge to you. After the warranty period or if you need additional batteries, they can be purchased at Eskute

      Not charging for 3 months will lead to battery damage, and the customer will be responsible for any damage to the battery caused by not charging for a long time. In order to keep the battery longer life, please keep charging at least once a half month.

      All Eskute e-bikes are IPX4 waterproof, which means, normally, you don't need to worry about damage caused by spray from a wet road, raindrops during riding, or parking your e-bike in light rain. But please note that the e-bike is not intended to be submerged or subjected to a pressurized spray, nor use a pressure washer or sprayer to clean your e-bike.
      To protect the bike and ensure your safety, we strongly recommend you not to ride in rainy or overly wet environments, even though the cables and other equipment are waterproof. Even if the battery is removed, there are many electronic devices such as wires, motors, etc., which may be damaged in rainy weather.

      It can run around up to 53 miles on Pedal Assist ,27 Miles on Throttle. Of course, the range for a single battery charge can vary greatly depending on conditions such as the combined weight of the rider and ebike, wind resistance, tyre pressure and tread profile, terrain and elevation changes, road or trail surface, outdoor temperature, maintenance of the E-Bike and the condition of the battery.
