The package arrived very well protected. Foam padding kept everything in perfect condition.

The suspension fork makes a huge difference. I ride on mixed terrain, sometimes gravel trails, and the front shock really smooths out the bumps. It feels solid without being too heavy.
You could include instructions for the fender and accessories installation. I figured it out and made some modifications so everything fit nicely. Aside from that the bike is great.
Really great bike for the money. Never had an e-bike before but have been wanting one for several years now. I stumbled across Eskute e-bikes while searching on Google and found the perfect one for me. The buying experience was very good with just the right amount of in-transit updates. Was very impressed by the packing which is always a good indication of the care that was taken from the factory; no problems with assembly. I took it for the first ride and was surprised how fast and smooth it was.

I am over 200 pounds and this bike does a great job carrying me around. Setting up the handle bars is a little bit annoying but the power to price ratio is great.

Great bike for price ride it every day to work local runs gets the job done no issues at this time I will be purchasing another but this time I think I will order m200 plus for better battery and to use one as parts bike and to have the better battery one more thing eskute I would invest a little more r and d on the front forks but happy with my purchase
except for a broken display, this bike is a great buy, and very fun to ride. my suggestion is to remove the LCD screen and box it in the shipment, to avoid having it destroyed in shipment and to avoid the wait for the replacement to arrive.
