I absolutely love it so far!!!
This a fantastic ebike. Riding is very easy and comfortable. I have know problems when using the bike brakes. Very responsive motor and like the way it works when pedaling.I have about 38 miles on it and still showing 3 green on battery. This was very easy to put the bike together.About 85% was together in the box. Packed very good. I really like riding this e-bike. I am 79 years of age and like this bike very much. Price was well worth the cost of the bike. Thank you all at Eskute.
This is my first E-bike purchase and have really love getting around on my Eskute C200 ST! I live in an area that has low walkability, but on my electric bike I can easily get to school, library, work, grocery, restaurants, and shopping! I really like the low step through and LOVE the pink color! Took a few rides to figure out the pedal-assist but wow does this make a difference in the ability to get places very quickly! Assembly was slightly intuitive and the pictured directions that come in the box were difficult to see and poorly labeled. I needed assistance from my husband to complete bike assembly. I took one star away for these minor negatives along with the standard seat that is always included on bikes and never feels good.
Bought this C200 ST for my daily commute, and it's been fantastic. The 1500W motor handles hills with ease, and the 70-mile range means I don't have to charge every day. Assembly took about 30 minutes – super easy. The step-through frame is convenient, and the ride is comfortable even on bumpy roads. My son also rides it sometimes – he has over a year of e-scooter experience, so it's safe for him. Just remember to ride responsibly. Very happy with the value. 5 stars!
I love my new Eskute C200 ST City Commuter Electric Bike. It was so easy to assemble thanks to the online videos and manual instructions - took me less than 30 minutes compared to the >1 hour for other e-bikes I've assembled in the past! The battery life and motor are great - I can get up my 17% grade hill without breaking a sweat (finally!). Combine that with a great price, cute look, and smooth ride - I am nothing short of very pleased! Customer service has been responsive to my questions about operating the bike as well, which is reassuring to know in case I have any issues in the future.
We took our bikes camping last weekend, and the C200 ST was a joy. The 48V 17.5Ah battery lasted for our entire trip around the lake. The long range gave me confidence to explore further. It’s comfortable, easy to step through, and handles nature trails surprisingly well.
I was nervous about assembling a bike myself, but the customer service was patient and guided me through it. The shipping was fast, and the packaging was perfectly intact with no scratches. The C200 ST is easy to handle for a woman, and I feel very safe riding it.

Eskute C200 ST I took delivery about 48 hours ago, assembled same day, ridden about 12 miles so far. Here's my initial impressions. Well packed, all parts in the box. Assembly is straight forward, following the instructions. The owners manual is helpful, but, not all-inclusive. Diagrams could be better, but not bad. I used AI to fill in the blanks on adjusting handbrakes and shifting the 7 speed Shimano gears, learning the key is only for battery removal, and that there is an on/off switch on the battery itself that must be on, how to adjust the front fork, etc. One screw for the rear fender stripped, but zip ties solved that. The fenders rubbed the tires until I tweaked the triple support system. Had to learn how to adjust the rear brake to be tighter, not at the handles, but the cable connection at the caliper. All quite simple after using AI. First test ride went well, showing me further "tweaks" that made for a more comfortable ride regarding posture. It also told me the supplied seat is more suited for 5yr old, than an adult rear end. Switching the seat to a wider model made a big difference. Also, unlocking the speed limitation in the computer display add to the advertised top speed. AI is your friend for these codes and procedures. The ride is excellent, considering there is not a rear shock absorber. Motor response is impressive, brakes are adequate, Shimano gears perform perfectly. PAS 1 - 6mph PAS 2 - 12mph PAS 3 - 17mph PAS 4 - 23mph PAS 5 - 27mph (rated for 28) For reference, I'm 6' tall, 185# Battery life seems good, mind you this is coming out of the box. After my initial rides, the meter still showed 80%. I've been using battery power via throttle primarily, with limited pedaling effort. I think it will be good for at least 30 - 35 miles on battery, but that's a guess so far. Overall, I am very pleased, especially considering the cost vs competition. We bought a no-name trike a while back that runs well, but of lesser quality. After this Eskute C200 ST, there is no real comparison. If you are in the market for a reasonably priced ebike, this passes the initial test.
Was perfect for me
The Eskute ST200 was purchased for my wife. She enjoys the ease of use with the step thru frame. Controls seem straight forward as she is beginning to get familiar. The assembly process was as expected. One area that could be improved is the fenders. Their clearance on tires is inadequate and could stand to be redesigned. Overall good purchase.

The C200 is a great bike for road and trail riding. I am 5 feet and 6 inches tall and it fits great. Only a few adjustments needed. Unfortunately it’s not as customizable as I would like. I would like to have full throttle in all speed levels, but that is not available. I also need to adjust the handlebars to be higher. I am still waiting for the dimensions from the company. Overall, it’s a great bike with a fantastic battery and motor. I would just recommend that they make it a little more customizable with the power levels.
I like the bike, comfortable and plenty of power. The kickstand is a problem, it lays the bike down way too much. It could be 2 inches longer. This was noted with all the reviews. I want to order another one but I would have to order two new kickstands to correct your engineering issue with the kickstand. Looking at other options.

It was already assemble by me and my wife. We had a hard time putting the front wheel because there was too many washers. We were able to figure out finally. Battery is amazing. The bike rides really smooth. The only problem is that the bike is a bit heavy.
Highly recommended especially for under $600, it feels like an $1,000 ebike. The motor is fast, responsive and quiet, brakes are great and the paint job sparkles 😀. The 26×2in tires are much more maneuverable than the 26×4in tires. The range is around 40-50 miles. All you need to do is get another seat and a shock absorbent seat post. The front suspension is good. 5/5 stars all day. This is my 2nd Eskute. The V100 has amazing suspension and goes 30mph as advertised.
So far very happy with it, as it is my main mode of transportation. I have only taken it on short commutes to and from work. It rarely goes up to 28mph - I have to be going downhill at speed for it to hit that, but it's fine because it's within legal limitations.

I suggest a chapter in the users manual on how to get the bike started. Many of us don't understand the display segment of the book. It is a little confusing. How about "Getting the Bike to Start" as the chapter? After contacting Customer Service all is well!
Just got my C200 today!! Assembly took about 45 minutes because I had no help and didn't use the manual. I tested it and was pleasantly surprised 😊. The color is amazing and even without rear shocks and a cheap seat it is very comfortable. The 2 inch tires make it a lot more nimble compared to 4 inch tires. I purchased the step through so it feels like a regular bike. I'd definitely buy again. The fender was kind of scuffed so I removed both of them. I had to use tape around the handlebars to hold the display in place but other than that it's smooth sailing ⛵️ 😎. No ghost peddling until you get into PAS 4 or 25mph which is fine with me.
My friend loves it. The C200 ST suits her needs perfectly. She does a lot of commuting. Her last ebike lasted 10,000 miles. We’ll have to see about this one.

The bike performs really well! My only complaint with the bike are the fenders, and the kickstand. I bought 2 bikes, a C200 step through and a C200 step over. On both bikes the kickstand seem a little to forward. My wife and I both hit our heels on the bracket when peddling. On the step over, the kickstand seems about an inch or two to short. The bike leans almost to the point of falling. The front fender had to be modified so it wouldn't rub against the tire. I had to move the wire bracket up about 2" to lift the fender off the tire. Over all, I'm happy withe the bikes.
