Would be a great bike if I hadn’t received a damaged battery case right out of the box. For the price I would expect there to be a little more protection for shipping. It took more time to put together than expected. Battery was fully charged and I took it for a spin right after I finished putting it together. It easily reached 32 mph.
My wife and I purchased 2 of these bikes and we absolutely love them, powerful, fast, reliable. When we received the bikes, the batteries were damaged from shipping. The support team was very helpful and sent us 2 brand new batteries. We are very happy with the bikes and the customer service that comes with them.

Great but extra batteries cost too much
Arrived quickly. Am an experienced biker & bike mechanic, but the set-up was far from 15 min; try a couple hours. It requires a mixture of metric and standard size hardware to assemble, as well as a shim for the seat post to fit snug. I’ve upgraded the seat and handle bar grips after reading other reviews, plus added a stem riser for the handle bars to accommodate my height. The weather has only permitted me short rides as MI can’t make up its mind if it’s not still Winter. Since I don’t have many miles in yet, my first short trips have been a ‘101 Education’ to E-Bike riding and the mechanics of riding it using the technology provided.
We bought these for weekend rides together, and it’s been one of the best decisions we’ve made. The full suspension makes a huge difference — no more sore backs after hitting bumps. The 1500W motor handles hills with ease, and the 85-mile range lets us ride all day without worrying about battery. Honestly, it’s brought us closer — we’re spending more time outdoors together, exploring trails we never would’ve tried before. Assembly was quick, maybe 20 minutes. Great value for the price.

Assembled in less than 30 minutes. Had to install new brake cables due to poor manufacturing. Also had to retighten the crank. Otherwise rides perfect. Does everything that a $2K bike can from what I can tell. No issues battery, speed, alignment, or comfort.
